Tracy supports Lumsden McCormick’s employees throughout their experience with the Firm, from onboarding through day-to-day human resources support. She helps manage recruiting efforts, payroll, benefits administration, and employee programs that contribute to a positive workplace experience. Tracy works closely with teams across the Firm to ensure employees have the resources and support they need.
