Sara Dayton

CPA

Named Managing Partner in 2023, Sara leads Lumsden McCormick’s strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. She oversees firm management and profitability while working closely with leadership teams to implement initiatives that support the Firm’s future vision, talent development, and client service goals. Sara also monitors changes across the accounting profession and broader business landscape to help position the Firm for continued growth and evolving client needs. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she provides audit and advisory services to governmental entities and public sector organizations, with experience in financial reporting, internal audits, and operational consulting.
