Kristin advises manufacturers on complex tax strategies that support growth, operational investment, and long-term planning. As co-chair of Lumsden McCormick’s research and development tax credit practice, she helps clients identify opportunities tied to innovation and business expansion, including federal research and development tax credits and other business development incentives. Her experience also includes state and local tax planning, transaction advisory work, and incentive programs such as Start-Up NY, the Excelsior Jobs Program, and New York’s Film Production Tax Credit.
