Lumsden McCormick is the largest locally owned independent certified public accounting firm in Buffalo, New York, and is one of New York’s leading CPA and consulting firms.
IPA has released its Best of the Best list annually for nearly 30 years, recognizing 75 firms each year for demonstrated and sustained success. More than 600 firms across the United States and Canada are eligible for consideration, with honorees ranging from large national firms to smaller firms service specialized markets.
Lumsden McCormick is the only New York firm named on the 2026 Best of the Best list. This recognition follows the firm’s recent inclusion on IPA’s 2026 Top 200 Largest Accounting Firms list and recognition as one of IPA’s Fastest Growing Firms in 2026.
