Kristin advises manufacturing, technology, construction, start-up, and closely held businesses on complex tax strategies designed to support growth, operational investment, and long-term planning. As a leader in the firm’s tax credits and incentives practice, she helps clients identify and maximize opportunities related to innovation, business expansion, and federal and state tax incentives. Her experience includes research and development tax credits, clean energy credits, and other various state, local, and federal incentives, state and local tax planning, transaction advisory services, and economic development programs such as Start-Up NY, the Excelsior Jobs Program. Kristin regularly works with organizations seeking to leverage tax incentives and tax planning to support strategic growth initiatives.
