Stephanie helps lead Lumsden McCormick’s strategic direction and long-term growth initiatives while overseeing the Firm’s operational performance. She manages key internal functions that support overall business strategy, profitability, and day-to-day operations, working closely with leadership to strengthen efficiency and client service. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie served as the Firm’s Director of Human Resources, bringing extensive experience in workforce management and organizational leadership.
