Michē Needham, CPA Named a 2022 Woman of Influence

 

Congratulations to Michē Needham, CPA, Partner at Lumsden McCormick who was named to the Buffalo Business First Women of Influence 2022. 

Michē is more than a partner and CPA with extensive technical and industry knowledge, she is first class professional who is dedicated to the Firm, the clients she has the pleasure of serving, and most importantly the team of accountants and CPAs she works with. Michē collaborates with 33 tax accountants plus interns, the partnership group, and other Firm departments including audit and administration. With an emphasis on the word collaborate, Michē places high value on the staff she works with, it is not just a responsibility to train staff, but an investment in the relationship she has with her peers. She builds those relationships through cooperation, skill building, and encouragement.

Michē became partner six years ago in 2017; the Firm’s first female tax partner and has been with Lumsden McCormick for 19 years after first joining the Firm as an intern in 2003.  She is a graduate of the  State University of New York at Buffalo, Bachelor of Science, Accounting.

Buffalo Business First Women of Influence 2022  will honor the Women of Influence at a luncheon to be held on September 15, 2022 at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens.
