Lumsden McCormick Names Stephanie Wilkinson First Non-CPA Firm Partner
Lumsden & McCormick, LLP, one of New York’s leading certified public accounting and consulting firms, is proud to announce that Stephanie L. Wilkinson, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PAFM, has been named Partner, becoming the firm’s first non-CPA partner.
Stephanie joined Lumsden McCormick in 2012, serving as Director of Human Resources from 2012 to 2020 before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2021. In her current role, she oversees firm administration, business development, human resources, marketing, and technology for both Lumsden McCormick and its subsidiaries. Her strategic leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to innovation have been instrumental in driving the firm’s sustained growth and long-term success.
Stephanie is a passionate advocate for Lumsden McCormick’s people and culture. Her leadership has supported the firm’s recognition as a Great Place to Work for several years and a Top 200 Firm by Inside Public Accounting. She also established the firm’s annual Day of Caring, reinforcing Lumsden McCormick’s commitment to community service.
Additionally, her leadership extends beyond the firm and into the community. As the Immediate Past President of the Junior League of Buffalo, Stephanie has been a dedicated member of the organization for 13 years, including serving 8 years on its Board of Directors. She has a deep commitment to empowering women, supporting critical community issues, and strengthening the Western New York community through sustained volunteer leadership.
