Lumsden McCormick Congratulates Transformational Leadership Program™ Graduates

Lumsden McCormick congratulates Mark Stack, Robert Torella, Amanda Mooney, and Kerry Roets on their graduation from the ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP). ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC is a national leadership and management consulting firm dedicated to helping upcoming and new leaders identify the skills that will contribute to their success and development.

The TLP is an accelerated program tailored to high-potential managers, new partners, and other leaders of accounting and consulting firms. The program prioritizes an individual's mindset and behavior in order to encourage drive and responsibility, and also introduces strategies for participants to help lead their firms. 

Partners Robert Torella and Mark Stack completed the program in Spring 2024. Tax Principles Amanda Mooney and Kerry Roets completed it in Summer 2024.
