2022 Exempt Organizations Salary Survey

Provided as a resource to nonprofit and other exempt organizations since 1998, our goal in conducting this Salary Survey is to provide valuable salary related information to enable organizations to attract and retain talented employees.

 

The validity of the Survey, however, is dependent on the response rate. Although the demand for the Survey remains strong – it is one of Lumsden McCormick’s most requested resources – the number of organizations participating has steadily declined.

 

To encourage participation and simplify the process, the Survey Questionnaire is now available on-line as a digital form.

 

By confidentially providing contact information after completing the Questionnaire, your organization will receive a copy of the Salary Survey results and will be eligibleto receive one of four $250 cash donations awarded by Lumsden McCormick. We anticipate the Survey results will be released in digital form in Fall 2022.

 

The deadline for completion of the Survey Questionnaire has been extended to August 15, 2022.
