Stephanie L. Wilkinson, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PAFM, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lumsden McCormick CPAS, where she oversees the day-to-day operations and provides strategic direction to enhance profitability, growth, and overall business strategy. In her role, she manages internal functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Office/Facilities, and Administration. Prior to becoming COO, Stephanie held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration, leveraging over two decades of experience in enhancing talent management and organizational development.  Her expertise in human resources and employee relations has consistently contributed to increased engagement, improved processes, cost reduction, and the overall productivity of the organization.  Stephanie is active in her community, serving as President of the Junior League of Buffalo, Inc. In this role, she leads and advises the league in promoting volunteerism and improving community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
