Jill M. Johnson, CPA, CFE, CITP, FHFMA
Jill is an expert working with health care and human service organizations including hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic and treatment centers, mental health service providers, and medical practices; nonprofit organizations; and government funded entities in the areas of auditing, Single Audit, HUD projects, taxation, information returns and financial reporting. Jill is integral to our Health Care and Nonprofit services groups managing our larger hospital and human service organization clients. She is past President of the Western New York Chapter of the Health Care Financial Management Association (HFMA) and continues to be an active member, serving on several committees. Jill is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and was awarded the HFMA Member of the Year Award in 2008 and the Founders Medal of Honor Award in 2015.
Jill is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), NYSSCPA Health Care Committee and NYSSCPA Technology Assurance Committee and the Information System Audit and Controls Association (ISACA). She sits on the board of Lord of Life Adult and Child Services, is Past Treasurer of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of NYS Women, Inc., Past Treasurer of NYS Women, Inc. District VIII and former board member of the Road Less Traveled Productions. Business First recognized Jill in 2011 as a 40 Under 40 honoree. She has been with Lumsden McCormick since 2002 and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.
