Sarah M. Hopkins, CPA
Sarah has extensive expertise working with tax-exempt organizations in the areas of auditing, single audits, taxation, grant compliance and financial reporting. She currently oversees the audit fieldwork for several public and private foundations, private educational institutions, charter schools and public charities. She has been with Lumsden McCormick since 2005, starting with the Firm after completing a tax internship and graduating from Daemen College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and is an active member of the not-for profit committee of the Buffalo Chapter of the NYSSCPA, currently serving as Chair.
