Amanda L. Mooney, CPA
Amanda is a tax manager responsible for tax compliance services to businesses and individuals with a concentration in multistate and international taxation with an emphasis on special projects relating to off-shore voluntary disclosures, controlled foreign corporations, and passive foreign investment companies. After an internship with Lumsden McCormick in 2011, Amanda joined the staff full time in 2012. In January, 2016 Amanda was promoted to manager. Amanda graduated from Daemen College with a Master of Science degree in Professional Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She was elected to the board of directors of the Amherst Youth Foundation in 2012 and became Vice President of the Board in 2016. She has been a volunteer with the Amherst Youth Foundation since 2005.
